New Shopping Haven..

Vanelle's Closet is started by two sisters who are passionate about clothes and shopping. Hence, we will try to source and bring to you clothes which are what we would like wear at a price that is affordable to you. Afterall, who says you need a million bucks to look beautiful?

For Orders :

Payment Methods:
We only accept POSB/DBS bank transfers either by ATM/ibanking. (ibanking is preferred.)

For ATM transfers, please do keep the receipts just in case if there is any discrepancies, we may need you to send a photo or picture of the receipt to us to verify payment.

Postage Charges:
Normal Mail
For Clothings : $1.50 - $2.00 (Depending on the weight of the items)
For Registered Mail : Please add an additional $2.25 on top of normal mail charges.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails so registered mail is recommended.

Terms and Conditions:
1) Please be 100% sure of your order. We do not accept any cancellations or backing out of order once your order is accepted. Any cancellations or backing out or missing buyer will be deemed as deadbuyers and banned from any further purchases from us.

2) Reservations of items will be on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion.

3) We will try to check the item carefully before sending out, hence exchanges will only be allowed if we sent out the wrong item or wrong colour. No refund is allowed.

4) All our items are new unless otherwise stated.

5) All items are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Should you fail to pay within the time frame given, your item will be given up to the next person on the waiting list.

6) No trades or swaps.

7) All pictures remain the property of Vanelle's Closet and please do not use them without our permission.
